Best thing about my job:
I love the relationships I make with the athletes, coaches and colleagues. It is extremely rewarding seeing athletes enjoy their sessions and reaping the benefits of their hard work. Watching them become faster and stronger but even more so the increased confidence this brings, particularly in junior athletes, is fantastic.
5 things you can expect from me as your Strength & Conditioning Coach:
- Hard working
- Dedicated
- Kind
- Engaging
- Enthusiastic
Where you’ll find me on a Sunday:
Heading to a farmers market with my Mum in the Morning or out for brunch with my family. Sundays are my day off so I usually take some time to get stuck into a good book as well.
