Sports training is great but there are some problems with it.

Sports Training provides tremendous opportunity to build your skills as a practitioner before you even graduate. However, most of the time you end up at a sports club with no real mentor to learn from and just guessing your way through it.

We’re here to change that

In this mentorship you get to work with physiotherapists already working out in the field to learn all the skills you will need when you graduate. In combination with regular education sessions and private mentorship, you will have all the tools you need to be career ready.

The Base mentorship program is designed to accelerate your practical learning, so that you're confident and future ready as soon as you graduate.

Paid sports trainer role with one of our community sport clubs

The details

Sports trainer work is a mix of week night training and game days

Variable rosters

Program runs March - September

Teams are across AFL and Soccer codes and play in Bayside suburbs

Very competitive rate of pay

All experience levels welcome

Sports trainer certificate (needs to be obtained prior to commencing)

1/2/3/4 yrs encouraged to apply
